Békés thick sausage

We make it from pork based on the original recipe of István Kovács from Békés. It is dominated by whole and ground cumin, which is stuffed into the pig's colon, which greatly contributes to the perfect taste during the 90-day aging.
The delicacy is available in our factory, in mildly spicy and very spicy versions.
From now on, it is also available sliced ​​and packaged in stores and in our webshop.
